Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Tucker Adams / Adams Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our") covering your use of the Tag-Me mobile app (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Who Can Use the App
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf. You may not use the App if you have previously been removed from it.
2. Your Account
You need an account to use the App (Sign in with Apple, Google, or an email address and password). You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Choose a username and display name that do not impersonate anyone or infringe anyone's rights. You may delete your account at any time in the App (Profile → Settings → Delete Account); deletion is permanent.
3. Your Content
The App is built around content you and other users create: photos, captions, tags, comments, group chat messages, direct messages, group names and avatars, and profile information ("Content").
You own your Content. By posting it, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and transmit it only as needed to operate the App — for example, showing your photo to the members of the group you posted it in, or delivering your message to the person you sent it to. This licence ends when you delete the Content or your account, except for copies we must retain for safety, legal, or backup purposes for a limited time.
You are responsible for your Content. You confirm that you have the right to post it — including the consent of anyone who appears in a photo you tag them in — and that it complies with these Terms.
4. Community Rules — No Tolerance for Objectionable Content
Tag-Me is a game between friends. We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You must not post, send, or share Content that:
- is sexually explicit or pornographic, or sexualises anyone;
- depicts or promotes violence, self-harm, or cruelty;
- harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates anyone;
- is hateful or discriminatory on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic;
- shows a person without their consent in a way they would reasonably find humiliating or invasive, or reveals private information about anyone;
- infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights;
- is spam, a scam, or deceptive, or impersonates any person or organisation;
- is illegal, or promotes illegal activity.
You must not use the App to stalk or harass anyone, to interfere with the App or its security, to scrape or collect other users' information, or to circumvent a block or a removal.
5. Reporting, Blocking, and Moderation
Every photo, comment, message, and profile in the App can be reported, and any user can be blocked (blocking hides the two of you from each other in both directions). We review reports and aim to act on them within 24 hours.
We may remove any Content and suspend or terminate any account at any time, without notice, if we believe it violates these Terms or harms other users. We may also report illegal Content or behaviour to law enforcement. We are not obliged to explain a moderation decision, though you may contact us about one.
6. Other Users' Content
Content is created by users, not by us. We do not endorse it and we cannot guarantee it is accurate or appropriate, though we work to remove Content that breaks these Terms. If you see something that should not be there, report it.
7. Advertising
The App shows ads served by Google AdMob. They are non-personalised — see the Privacy Policy for what the advertising SDK receives. Ads are not an endorsement of the advertiser by us.
8. Our Intellectual Property
The App itself — its name, logo, design, and software — belongs to us and our licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to use them other than to use the App as intended. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms.
9. Changes to the App and These Terms
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time. We may also update these Terms; we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continuing to use the App after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT CONTENT WILL BE PRESERVED.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR ANY CONTENT IN IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (US$50). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
